Flow Juno Snowboard Bindings – Women's Rear-Entry Alpine Binding
The Flow Juno bindings are built for intermediate to advanced riders who want effortless entry and exit without sacrificing all-mountain performance. Our rear-entry SpeedEntry™ system lets you lock in with one smooth motion — no stooping, no fumbling with straps in deep powder.
Designed with women's-specific geometry, the Juno's softer highback and cushioned ankle strap deliver comfort on long days while maintaining the edge control you need on groomers and side-hits. Whether you're lapping the park or exploring tree runs, the Juno adapts to your style and keeps you riding longer.

SpeedEntry™ System — How the Juno Rear-Entry Works
The Flow Juno bindings use our patented SpeedEntry™ rear-entry design, which means you step in from the back of the binding instead of wrestling with traditional toe and ankle straps. Pop the aluminum Power Triangle heel lever upward, slide your boot in, then snap the lever down — you’re locked and ready to ride.
The system saves energy on chairlift unload zones and keeps snow out of your bindings on stormy days. Active Strap Technology™ automatically wraps the highback and ankle strap around your boot as you close the lever, so you get the same snug fit every time without manual tightening. The adjustable toe ramp lets you dial in forward lean to match your riding stance and flex preference.

Women's-Specific Flex and Geometry
We built the Juno with a softer flex profile and narrower ankle strap to match women’s boot shapes and riding biomechanics. The highback uses a medium-soft nylon composite that absorbs chatter on hardpack without feeling noodly in powder.
The Fusion PowerStrap™ ankle strap features dual-density EVA foam that cushions your instep while the Active Strap Technology™ maintains pressure distribution across the boot tongue. Many riders switching from traditional strap bindings to the Juno report less calf fatigue and fewer pressure points during all-day sessions. The rockered baseplate footbed follows the natural contour of your boot sole, reducing hot spots underfoot on long descents.
Baseplate and Mounting Compatibility
N-Connect Baseplate Construction
The Juno’s N-Connect baseplate uses a single-piece nylon composite structure that balances direct board feel with enough flex to keep your knees happy on choppy terrain. The rockered footbed design lifts pressure off the arch while maintaining solid heel-to-toe energy transfer when you initiate turns.
Universal Disc Mounting
The included mounting disc fits 4×4, 2×4, and Burton 3D insert patterns, so the Juno works with nearly every board on the market. Stance width and centering adjustments are toolless — loosen the disc, slide the binding along the track, retighten. The adjustable toe ramp can be set to zero, low, or high forward lean depending on whether you prefer a neutral stance or aggressive carving posture.

Common questions about the Juno binding
Yes. The Juno bindings include a universal mounting disc that fits Burton 3D, 4×4, and 2×4 insert patterns. You can mount the Juno on any Burton board without adapters or extra hardware.
The Juno uses an adjustable toe ramp system with three positions: zero, low, and high forward lean. You set the ramp angle with a Phillips screwdriver before riding. The highback itself does not have a separate lean adjuster — forward lean comes from the ramp lifting your toe.
The Juno delivers the same edge-to-edge response as quality strap bindings once the heel lever is locked. Active Strap Technology wraps your boot automatically, so you get consistent pressure every ride. Some riders find the rear-entry system even more responsive because the heel lever creates a direct mechanical lock rather than relying on strap tension alone.
Medium Juno bindings fit US women's boot sizes 7.5 through 9.5. If you wear a 7 or 10, you're on the edge of the range — size down for a snug performance fit, or size up for extra wiggle room and thicker socks.
The Juno is rated medium-soft flex, which works well for intermediate to advanced all-mountain riders. If you charge steep terrain at high speed or need maximum lateral support, the stiffer Haylo binding might be a better match. For mixed resort riding and powder, the Juno's flex is ideal.
Yes. Flow sells replacement Fusion PowerStraps separately. The ankle strap attaches with two screws and takes about five minutes to swap. The highback and baseplate typically last multiple seasons before needing replacement.
No. Once you set the ankle strap tension and toe ramp position, the SpeedEntry system remembers your fit. You just pop the heel lever up to exit and snap it down to enter. There's no need to tighten straps between runs unless you want to change the fit.
